About Me - Kristine Miles
I have been on a journey involving health and wellbeing most of my life, starting with having food intolerances in my teenage years, the discipline to eliminate these problem foods in my twenties, to discovering raw food and a return to a vegetarian diet in my thirties, followed by a return to my current omnivorous diet. This latter part of my journey I will be blogging about very soon.
I am also health professional with over 19 years experience, currently working as a physiotherapist in private practice. I am passionate about life-long learning, nutrition, cooking and eating real food and living a low toxic lifestyle.
My first book was published in early 2012, called 'The Green Smoothie Bible'. My second book 'Green Smoothies For Every Season' in 2013, and my third, 'Homemade Smoothies For Mother and Baby' in 2015.
