I bought a ripe rock melon from my local farmers market that was picked only yesterday, does it get any better than that?
Half a large rockemelon (cantaloupe) or around 3 cups worth (peel, de-seed and roughly chop the melon)
2 big handfuls of spinach (or other green)
Blend on high speed for about a minute and serve for two
